Working principle

Fill Forms works as "On-screen Keyboard". All the data stored in files for future use. This helps in reusing the entered data without having to retype it. The program can send the saved text lines to the active application (where the cursor is located). This is useful for scenarios where you need to fill in forms in an Internet browser or any other application.

User Interaction

Before filling a form, the user needs to click the mouse in the field they want to fill and press a "Send" button. If there are multiple fields to be filled, the user clicks in the first field, and presumably, the program then fills in the subsequent fields.

Password Utility

The program includes a utility for changing passwords. This suggests that it might have additional features beyond form filling, specifically related to managing and updating passwords.

Form Protection

The program allows the user to protect forms with a password, adding a layer of security to the entered data.

Structure

Forms are grouped together, allowing users to categorize and organize them based on different criteria. These groups could represent different types of forms, projects, or any other classification. Groups can be stored in different files, providing a way to save and manage distinct sets of forms separately. Users can create as many groups as needed. Additionally, the ability to rename groups suggests flexibility in managing and customizing the organization structure. Forms can be transferred between groups. Users have the option to copy or cut forms, enabling them to rearrange and reorganize their forms easily.

Security

All data stored in an XML files, their location decides by user. The program does not connect to the Internet, so it cannot be hacked from the side. Responsibility for the safe storage of files, as well as for their backup, lies with the user. The Print option allows to make copies on paper. Access to the file can be password protected.

Search Functionality

The program includes a search feature that allows users to search for forms based on letters. This search appears to be global, providing results from all groups.
